Ken Shugerman, the founder of Shugerman Recruiting Services, has been helping companies improve their bottom line through successful recruiting for the past two decades. Ken has a  proven track record of delivering positive results by successfully placing professionals in Operations Engineering, Marketing, Fincance, HR and top executive positions primarily in the Aerospace, Medical Device, and Commercial Spaceflight industries.  Ken is passionate about helping individuals grow professionaly and is truly fulfilled when an ideal organizational fit that he placed is able to affect the success of the company.  He truly values and nurtures his relationships with professionals and executives, and it is these strong relationships that have led to his success. Ken spent his early career in sales management building and leading teams of professionals.  His passion to help companies fulfill their potential through recruitment, led him to shift his focus to recruitinment consulting.
